Welcome to AFKAMPUS, a student LAN gaming club where you book time on our gaming PCs and play video games on site. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the passes you reserve through it. By using the site or booking a pass, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Passes and bookings
- Submitting a form on this site is a request to reserve a pass; it becomes final when confirmed and paid for at the club.
- Student rates require a valid student ID, which you must show in person on your first visit.
- Prices shown on the site are for gaming sessions on our PCs and may change from time to time. The price confirmed at the counter applies.
- Passes are for personal use and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise.
Payment
Payment is taken at the club. We do not collect card details through this website. Any pass, top-up, or session is subject to the price and terms in effect at the time you pay.
House rules and conduct
To keep the room good for everyone, you agree to follow staff instructions and the house rules while on site. In short: keep your volume in check, do not disrupt other players' sessions, keep noise low after midnight, and tidy your station before you leave. We may end a session without refund for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive, or that spoils the experience for others.
Equipment and your own gear
You are welcome to bring your own mouse, keyboard, or headset and connect it to our stations. You are responsible for your own belongings. Please treat our PCs, peripherals, chairs, and desks with care; you may be responsible for the cost of deliberate or negligent damage.
Age and eligibility
The club is aimed at students and adults. You must meet any minimum age required by local law and by the games being played. We may ask for proof of age or student status.
Entertainment only
All gaming at AFKAMPUS is provided for entertainment. We do not offer gambling, wagering, or games of chance for money or prizes of monetary value.
Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, submit false information through its forms, or attempt to gain unauthorised access. The content and branding on this site are ours or our licensors' and may not be copied without permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and our stations available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Stations, hours, and features may change, and sessions may be limited by capacity, maintenance, or events.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFKAMPUS is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of this website or the club. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
